Analysis of character of heterogeneous welding joints

Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá výzkumem termického spojování, mechanickými a korozními vlastnostmi heterogenních svarových spojů s využitím metody akustické emise. Tato závěrečná práce přináší ucelený pohled na aktuálně řešenou problematiku vzniku heterogenních spojů v závislosti na svařovacích podmínkách a výsledných mechanických vlastnostech těchto svařenců. Úvodní část pojednává obecně o problematice svařování a dále specifikuje jednotlivé metody svařování heterogenních materiálů. Následující kapitola řeší problematiku degradačních vlastností svarových spojů, kde je blíže specifikován proces koroze svarových spojů. Podkapitola metod hodnotících kvalitu svarových spojů zahrnuje zkoušku tahem, dále zkoušku tvrdosti a mikrotvrdosti a defektoskopické metody svarových spojů. Další kapitola disertační práce se zabývá přehledem všech použitých materiálů, u nichž bylo ověřeno chemické složení prostřednictvím spektrální materiálové analýzy.V závěrečné části disertační práce jsou shrnuty a diskutovány jednotlivé dosažené výsledky a následně je vyhodnocen i celý provedený výzkum.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis deals with the research of thermal jointing, mechanical and corrosive qualities of heterogeneous welding joints using the method of acoustic emission. This thesis offers a compact view of actual questions dealing with occurrence of heterogeneous welding joints in dependence on welding conditions and resulting mechanical qualities of mentioned joints. The introductory part deals with the questions of welding and specifies particular methods of heterogeneous materials welding. The further chapter follows up the questions of degradation qualities in the case of welding joints. In this chapter is specified the process of corrosion of welding joints. The subchapter dealing with methods evaluating the quality of welding joints includes the testing of stroke, the testing of hardness and micro-hardness and method of defectoscopy of welding joints. The next chapter of the dissertation thesis deals with the summary of all used materials those were verified according to spectral material analyses and those contain chemical compositions as a result of its testing. In the conclusion of dissertation thesis the entire results were brought together and this is followed by evaluation of the entire research.
