Předmětem diplomové práce Lichva v občanském právu je rozbor právní úpravy lichvy na českém území. Nejprve se práce zaměřuje na historický vývoj tohoto institutu. Následně je pak kladen důraz na význam a chápání lichvy v období posledních 50 let vývoje českého občanského práva až po současnost. The object of my diploma thesis Usury in Civil Law is to analyze the legal regulation of usury on the Czech territory. First of all, the diploma thesis is focused on the historical development of this institute.
