Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Obchodní podíl ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první části práce je stručná charakteristika této společnosti. V druhé části jsem se zaměřil na obchodní podíl, tzn. nabytí, převod, zastavení a nakonec i exekuci. V závěrečné části práce bych rád ukázal praktickou ukázku dokumentů, tj. smlouvu o přechodu obchodního podílu, společenskou smlouvu a zápis z jednání.
Abstract:
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on commercial interest in the company with limited liability. The first part is a brief description of the company. In the second part I focus on the business interest, acquisition, transfer and cessation. In the final part, I would like to show a practical demonstration of the document – the contract on transferof shares.
