Mechanisms influencing singning of JCPOA

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with processes on backgroung of decision-making of Iranian political elites and their influence on policy-making and signing of the JCPOA. The thesis deals with historical, cultural and foreign influences on decision-making process. The goal of the thesis is to analyze internal and external factors influencing the Iranian policy making process. By analyzing these factors, we are able to explain, how big influence these factors had on a modification of the behavior of Iranian elites, what ultimately led to a signing of the nuclear treaty with Iran, the JCPOA.

Abstract:

Magisterská práca sa zaoberá procesmi na pozadí rozhodovania iránskych politických elít a ich vplyvom na politické rozhodovanie a podpis zmluvy JCPOA. Text skúma historické, kultúrne, domáce a zahraničné vplyvy. Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať interné a externé faktory vplývajúce na tvorbu iránskej politiky. Analýza týchto faktorov nám pomôže vysvetliť, aký dopad mali jednotlivé faktory na modifikáciu správania iránskych elít, čo v konečnom dôsledku viedlo k podpisu zmluvy o obmedzení iránskeho jadrového programu, JCPOA
