Cílem předkládané práce je analýza filmového soundtracku jako typického produktu postmoderny, nesoucího její základní znaky. Výzkumná část zjišťuje míru popularity tohoto hudebního žánru v českém prostředí a zkoumá jeho vazbu k filmu a hudbě obecně. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the film soundtrack as a typical product of postmodern music reflecting it?s characteristic features. The research seeks to uncover to what extent the film soundtrack is popular with the Czech audience and examines its relation to film and music in general.
