Předmětem této diplomové práce je outsourcing dopravních procesů ve společnosti PRIM. Hlavním cílem je stanovit, zda je pro analyzovanou společnost výhodnější využívat komplexního outsourcingu, či raději dát přednost výhradně vlastní dopravě – tj. komplexnímu insourcingu nebo zachovat současný stav (kombinace outsourcingu a insourcingu). The subject of this dissertation is the outsourcing of transport processes in the company PRIM. The main aim is to determine whether the use of complex outsourcing is better for the analysed company than using exclusively own transport, i. e start using the complex outsourcing or keep the current state (combination of outsourcing and insourcing).
