Italian gastronomy

Anotácia:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provést komparaci italských regionů z hlediska gastronomie a nalézt shodné typické znaky pro všechny regiony. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí analýzy gastronomie jednotlivých regionů a deskripce typických italských surovin. V práci byly použity metody deskripce, analýzy a komparace. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako gastronomie, enogastronomie a jsou detailněji popsány prvky italské gastronomie a typické suroviny. V analytické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé italské regiony z hlediska gastronomie, jsou zde uvedeny typické produkty jednotlivých oblastí a je zde provedena komparace jednotlivých regionů. V závěru práce najdeme shrnutí z analytické části a vyhodnocení stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis is to make comparison of gastronomy in italian regions, find the typical characteristics for all of them. To achieve this goal there was made analysis of gastronomy Italian regions and description of typical raw material, which are used in Italian gastronomy. In theoretic part there are definitions of terms gastronomy and enogastronomy and description of typical products of Italian gastronomy. In analytics part there are analysis of Italian regions, their typical products and comparation of all regions. In the end we can find summary of analytics part and evaluation of hypotheses.
