Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provést komparaci italských regionů z hlediska gastronomie a nalézt shodné typické znaky pro všechny regiony. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí analýzy gastronomie jednotlivých regionů a deskripce typických italských surovin. V práci byly použity metody deskripce, analýzy a komparace. The main goal of this thesis is to make comparison of gastronomy in italian regions, find the typical characteristics for all of them. To achieve this goal there was made analysis of gastronomy Italian regions and description of typical raw material, which are used in Italian gastronomy.
