Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení květinářství, zhodnocení reálnosti podnikání v daném odvětví v Praze a posouzení efektivnosti podniku ohledně dosažení zisku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní pojmy spojené s podnikatelským plánem: definice podnikatelského plánu a jeho struktura. V dodatku byla popsána strategie modrého oceánu a principy práce s květinami, které jsou důležité pro přípravu podnikatelského záměru v oblasti prodeje květin. Praktická část se skládá z vytvoření podnikatelského plánu a jeho následného zhodnocení. Velká pozornost byla věnována především vytvoření unikátní nabídky na trhu, finančnímu plánování zpracovanému ve třech různých variantách, a hodnocení úspěšnosti nově založeného podniku. Při psaní bakalářské práce byly použity zejména informace z osobních rozhovorů s majiteli květinových obchodů a vlastní zkušenosti z odborné praxe v tomto odvětví.

Abstract:

The object of the bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan establishing a flower shop, estimate the feasibility of this business type in Prague and effectiveness of the profitability in this business. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the main concepts related to this business plan, the definition of the business plan and its structure. The theoretical part also describes the blue ocean strategy and principles of working with flowers, which are important in the preparation of the business plan. The practical part includes the creation of the business plan and its evaluation. The attention was paid to creating a unique market offer, processing financial plan in three variants, and evaluating the success of the new business. The main methods used the information from personal interviews with the owners of flower shops and the information from the own experience and professional practice in this sector.
