Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení zásob podniku Automotive Lighting, s. r. o., což je podnik zabývající se výrobou světlometů do automobilů. Tento podnik je jedním z největších zaměstnavatelů v kraji Vysočina. Řízení zásob podniku je hodnoceno pomocí ABC analýzy a bude zpracováno za časové období březen 2014 až únor 2015. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části se zaměřím na teoretické vyjádření důležitých pojmů týkajících se řízení zásob za použití odborných literatur. Mezi tyto pojmy se řadí pojem logistika, její cíle a nákupní činnost. Dále pak kontrola hospodaření se zásobami, vlastní řízení zásob, normy zásob a sklady a skladování, do čehož spadá metoda ABC a metoda Just in time. Druhou část bakalářské práce tvoří uvedení teoretických poznatků do praxe. V této části se zabývám řízením zásob Automotive Lighting. Podnik nejprve představím a poté jsou prováděny jednotlivé metody k zjištění řízení zásob. K tomuto mi pomůže ABC analýza, určení minimální a maximální zásoby, limit zásob a určení doby a rychlosti obratu zásob. Z dosažených výsledků jednotlivých šetření vyvodím závěr a navrhnuty opatření, které by podniku pomohly efektivněji řídit zásoby. Potřebné informace ke zpracování aplikační části čerpám z interních dat společnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis will focus on inventory management of the company Automotive Lighting, s. r. o., a company engaged in the manufacture of automotive headlamps. This company is one of the largest employers in the Highlands Region. Inventory management of this company will be evaluated by using the ABC analysis and will be processed for a period of time March 2014 to February 2015. The thesis is divided into theory and its application. The theoretical part will focus on the theoretical expression of important concepts relating to inventory management using technical literatures. These concepts include the concept of logistics, its objectives and purchase services. Furthermore, the control of the stock management, proper inventory control, inventory standards, warehouses and storage, which fall into the ABC method and the method Just in time. The second part of the thesis consists of putting theoretical knowledge into practice. In this section, I will discuss managing inventory of Automotive Lighting. The company will be first introduced and then the various methods of inventory management are carried out. These methods will help me: ABC analysis, determination of the minimum and maximum inventory, inventory limits and determination of the time and rate of inventory turnover. The obtained results of each investigation will be concluded and I propose measures that would assist the company to manage inventory more effectively. The information needed to process the application part I will draw from internal company data.
