Práce se zabývá homogenně katalyzovanou transesterifikací rostlinného oleje, zejména chováním katalyzátoru v průběhu reakce. Byly měřeny vybrané fyzikálně-chemické veličiny, které byly popsány v teoretické části, např. vodivost, pH, viskozita, optické vlastnosti nebo složení směsi pomocí chromatografie. This thesis is focused on the homogenous catalysed transesterification of vegetable oil, but especially on the behaviour of catalyst during the reaction. The chosen physical-chemical quantities were measured and described in theoretical part, e. g. conductivity, pH, viscosity, optical properties or composition using chromatography.
