Abstract:
Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou daňového systému ČR a daňovým zatížením podnikající fyzické osoby z právního hlediska. Cílem této práce je vymezit právní úpravu OSVČ, právní úpravu vybraných daní, jež se váží s vybraným podnikatelem, a zhodnotit a porovnat daňové zatížení podnikatele v letech 2015-2017. This bachelor thesis deals with general characteristic of czech tax system and tax burden of natural person, who conducts the business, from legal terms.
