Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku návratu žen na pracovní trh po rodičovské dovolené. Práce se věnuje konceptualizaci faktorů ovlivňujících podmínky pro návrat/vstup žen na pracovní trh po rodičovské dovolené, a to jak na makro, tak na mikro-sociální úrovni. The work focuses on the situation of women when returning back on the labour market after the parental leave. The text contains primarily the conceptualisation of the factors influencing the conditions for women s labour market re-entry after parental leave.
