Abstract:
Práce uvádí základní východiska procesního řízení a jeho zavedení do podniku. V případové studii konkrétní společnosti pak ukazuje na příkladu procesu vývoje produktu uvedení těchto principů do praxe.
Abstract:
The diploma work presents basic foundations of process management and its introduction into the business. In a case study of a specific company it shows putting these principles into practice on the example of product development process.
