Nutritional Recommendations in Children's Nutrition

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Nutriční doporučení ve výživě dětí. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem dítěte v batolecím a předškolním období, jeho potřebami a výživou dítěte v těchto obdobích. Další část představuje dětskou skupinu a její charakteristiku. V poslední teoretické části jsou uvedeny některé faktory, které mají vliv na stravování dítěte v dětské skupině. Praktickou část tvoří analýza jídelníčků 10 dětí z dětské skupiny. Analýza ukázala, jestli děti přijímají dostatečné množství bílkovin, tuků a sacharidů dle výživových doporučení.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor´s thesis is Nutritional recommendations in children´s nutrition. The theoretical part deals with the development of the child in toddler period and preschool period, his needs and toddler´s nutrition in these periods. The next part presents the children´s group and its characteristics. The last theoretical part presents some factors that affect the diet of a child in children´s group. The practical part consists of an analysis of the diets of 10 children from children´s group. The aim of the analysis was to find out wheather there is a sufficient amount proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the nutritional income of children according to nutritional recommendations.
