Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnovaná prověření finančního zdraví a nalezení tržní hodnoty podniku Rybářství Třeboň a.s. metodou DCF k datu 1.1.2020. V úvodní teoretické kapitole je vysvětlena problematika ocenění podniku, jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy a jejich definice. V druhé metodologické části jsem uvedl přístupy a metody založené na jednotlivých analýzách. Ve třetí praktické části jsem se věnoval aplikaci postupů a metod uvedených v metodologické části. V úvodu aplikační části jsem provedl výzkum, na jehož základě jsem zpracoval dostupná ekonomická data a v rámci finanční analýzy jsem zjistil důležité informace o hospodaření podniku. Dle teoretických předpokladů a za pomoci generátorů hodnoty, jsem predikoval, jaký by měl být ekonomický vývoj podniku v dalších letech a stanovil jsem tržní hodnotu podniku. V této práci jsem vycházel především z účetních dat z let 2015–2019. (Rozvaha, Výsledovka, Cash flow). Tyto data jsem analyzovat, vytvořil jsem vertikální a horizontální analýzu finančních výkazů. Dále jsem se věnoval rozdělení majetku na nutný a nenutný. Následně jsem zpracoval analýzu a prognóza generátorů hodnoty. Na základě těchto analýz a prognóz, jsem sestavil finanční plán na následujících pět let, zjistil jsem náklady kapitálu (diskontní míra pro výnosové ocenění) a nakonec jsem provedl výnosové ocenění podniku pomocí metody DCF. Na závěr jsem zhodnotil výsledky a uvedl jsem v čem je přínos této práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the verification of financial health and finding the market value of Rybářství Třeboň a.s. using the DCF method as of 1 January 2020. The introductory theoretical chapter explains the issue of company valuation, defines individual terms and their definitions. In the second methodological part, I introduced approaches and methods based on individual analyses. In the third practical part, I focused on the application of the procedures and methods listed in the methodological part. At the beginning of the application part, I carried out research, on the basis of which I processed the available economic data and within the financial analysis I found important information about the company's management. According to theoretical assumptions and with the help of value generators, I predicted what the economic development of the enterprise should be in the coming years and determined the market value of the enterprise. In this work, I based my work mainly on accounting data from 2015–2019. (Balance sheet, Profit and loss account, Cash flow). I analyzed this data, created a vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements. I also dealt with the division of property into necessary and unnecessary. Subsequently, I processed the analysis and forecast of value generators. Based on these analyses and forecasts, I drew up a financial plan for the next five years, determined the cost of capital (the discount rate for the yield valuation), and finally made a yield valuation of the enterprise using the DCF method. In conclusion, I evaluated the results and stated the benefits of this thesis.
