Proposal of transformation in the research employment strategy in U1, Ltd.
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je najít a navrhnout nejlepší možná řešení při strategii vyhledávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti U1 s.r.o., doporučit nové metody, které společnost dosud nevyzkoušela a porovnat je s těmi, které již využila, ale neosvědčily se.
Abstract:
The theme of this diploma labour is to find and suggest the possible solutions about the search and selection of employses in the company U1 Ltd., to propose the new methods, which has not been tested in this company up till now and to compare them with those already used but which have not been effective.
