Abstract:
Vzhledem k tomu, že spory ohledně spekulativní registrace doménových jmen se objevují i u nás, je na místě této oblasti věnovat náležitou pozornost. Ačkoliv se jedná o problematiku nepříliš známou, strach z doposud nepoznaného není na místě, neboť i na vztahy vznikající v kyberprostoru lze úspěšně aplikovat platné české právo v jeho současné podobě.

This work concerns essential theories and elements of the World Wide Web, including domain names and cybersquatting. There is not given any broadly accepted definition so far but we can trace its elementary attributes - registration of a domain name, existence of someone else's rights to identical or confusingly similar name (mark, label) and registrant's bad faith or absence of his legitimate interest …more
