Tématem této diplomové práce je přijetí nového institutu zabezpečovací detence. Jedná se o nové ochranné opatření v českém trestním právu. V jednotlivých kapitolách se zabývám mimoprávními důvody vyžadujícími zavedení tohoto nového institutu, jeho historickým vývojem a vlivem odborné veřejnosti na jeho přijetí. The topic of this dissertation is preventive detention admission. It concerns new preventive measure in the Czech criminal law. Particular chapters deal with non-legal reasons for the new institute establishment, its historical development and the influence of Czech experts on its reception.
