Diplomová práce má název „Mzda a možnosti motivace pracovníků ve firmě“. Touto diplomovou prací bych chtěla poukázat na význam pracovně právních vztahů a personální evidenci. Dále se tato práce zabývá povinnostmi zaměstnavatelů vůči zaměstnancům a naopak.
