Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou aktivní legitimace státu k podávání ústavních stížností. Cílem práce je posoudit, zda může být stát, jeho orgány a jím vytvořené subjekty oprávněn k podání ústavní stížností. Práce se proto zabývá povahou státu, jeho orgánů a jím vytvořených subjektů, otázkou nadání státu základními právy a účelem a funkcemi institutu ústavní stížnosti. The thesis deals with the issue of entitlement of state to file a constitutional complaint. The thesis aims to assess whether the state, its bodies and entities incorporated by state shall be entitled to file a constitutional complaint.
