Tourism Policy in the European Union

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat jakým způsobem probíhá podpora sociálního cestovního ruchu v České republice a zjistit jak na tom je ve vztahu k Evropské unii. Tato práce se ve své větší části zabývá Národním programem podpory cestovního ruchu, podprogramem „Cestování dostupné všem“, který je vypracován Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj a vznikl v návaznosti na projekt Calypso. Teoretická část nejprve pojednává o pojmu „cestovní ruch“ poté se věnuje Evropské unii a následně podrobně rozebírá pojem sociální cestovní ruch, historii jeho vzniku a cílové skupiny. Analytická část se zabývá analýzou podpory sociálního cestovního ruchu v zemích Evropské unie a poté se zaměřuje na Českou republiku, kde je podpora vykonávána formou poskytování dotací jednotlivým krajům na realizaci projektů. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny pozitivní a negativní stránky Národního programu podpory cestovního ruchu včetně případných doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to analyze how the ongoing support of social tourism in the Czech Republic and discover how matter is in relation to the European Union. This work is in its largely concerned with the National Programme of Tourism Promotion, subprogram "Traveling available to everyone," which is prepared by the Ministry of Regional Development and was created in response to the Calypso project. The theoretical part discusses the concept of "tourism" then focuses on the European Union and then analyzes in detail the concept of social tourism, the history of its origin and target groups. Analytical part analyzes the social promotion of tourism in EU countries and then focuses on the Czech Republic, where support is performed by providing subsidies to regions for projects. At the end of the thesis are written positive and negative aspects of the National Programme of Tourism Promotion, including any recommendations
