Diplomová práce na téma "Adhezní řízení" se zabývá možností poškozeného požadovat náhradu způsobené újmy, již v rámci trestního řízení. Celkově tato práce představuje provázanost trestněprávní úpravy s úpravou občanskoprávní. This thesis deals with the possibility of the injured party, to claim compensation for caused detriment, already in the criminal proceedings. Overall, this thesis represents the interconnection of criminal law with civil law.
