Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na specifické korunové dluhopisy obchodované v České republice, zejména pak na dluhopisy korunové. Práce nejprve pojednává o legislativě spojené s dluhopisy, včetně popsání hlavních změn, které v posledních deseti letech proběhly. The diploma thesis is focused on specific corporate bonds traded in the Czech Republic, especially on crown bonds. The thesis first deals with the legislation related to bonds, including a description of the main changes that have taken place in the last ten years.
