Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sebereflexí v učitelské profesi. Práce popisuje různé druhy sebereflexe a její výhody. Dále práce analyzuje a porovnává postoje zkušených učitelů, začínajících učitelů a vysokoškolských studentů učitelství k sebereflexi a dokazuje, že ačkoliv je reflektivní myšlení důležité pro všechny tyto skupiny učitelů, tak výhody, které jim sebreflexe přináší, se liší.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of self-reflection in the teacher profession. The thesis describes different forms of self-reflection and its benefits. The thesis also analyses and compares the attitudes of experienced teachers, beginning teachers and teacher trainees towards self-reflection and proves that although reflective thinking is important for each of these teacher groups, the benefits …more
