A Proposal of Cooperation Strategy of the Selected Slovak and German Company

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnutie inovovanej kooperačnej stratégie vybraného slovenského a nemeckého podniku. Diplomová práca je rozdelená do troch častí, pričom teoretická časť, ktorá bola spracovaná na základe literárnej rešerše, obsahuje pojmy, ktoré vymedzujú kooperáciu, jej ciele, stratégiu a strategické partnerstvá. V praktickej časti diplomovej práce je analyzovaná samotná vybraná spoločnosť a jej okolie pomocou kvalitatívneho výskumu a vybraných analýz. Dôležitou časťou praktickej časti práce je charakteristika súčasného stavu vybranej kooperácie a neštruktúrovaný hĺbkový rozhovor s manažérmi podniku, na základe ktorého je v poslednej časti diplomovej práce navrhnutá inovovaná kooperačná stratégia vybraného podniku. Záverom je v práci predstavený akčný plán, pomocou ktorého je navrhnutá inovovaná kooperačná stratégia, ktorá je podrobená časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose an innovative cooperation strategy of a selected Slovak and German company. The thesis is divided into three parts, the theoretical part, which was based on literature research, contains the concepts that define cooperation, its objectives, strategy, and strategic partnerships. The practical part of the thesis analyses the selected company itself and its surroundings using qualitative research and selected analyses. An important part of the practical part of the thesis is the characterization of the current state of the selected cooperation and an unstructured in-depth interview with the managers of the company on the basis of which an innovative cooperation strategy of the selected company is proposed in the last part of the thesis. Finally, the thesis presents an action plan through which the innovation of the cooperation strategy is proposed and is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
