V Európskom zatýkacom rozkaze, ako jedného z aktuálnych tém dnešných dní som v celku vysvetlila pojem, charakteristiku a vznik tohto európskeho inštitútu. Môžem konštatovať, že časom sa tento inštitút rozrástol do všetkých európskych krajín. Moje vysvetlenia sa opierajú aj o procesné konania, so zločinmi, ktoré sa konajú na medzištátnej pôde.
