Methodical material for swimming lessons for children of younger school age

Abstract:

Cílem práce je za pomoci obsahové analýzy dostupných zdrojů vytvořit metodický materiál pro výuku plavání dětí mladšího školního věku. Práce je složena ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje dětem, plaveckému výcviku a technikám jednotlivých plaveckých způsobů. V praktické části je popsán materiál pro výuku plavání, který byl natočen na soukromém bazénu v obci Švermov na Kladensku. Pro natočení videí, která tvoří základ práce, byla využita podvodní kamera. K tvorbě metodického materiálu byl využit program, který umožnil podle potřeby na videích pracovat (komentáře, hudba apod.). Na vytvořených webových stránkách je v záložkách možné vybrat kategorie plaveckých způsobů. Každá z těchto hlavních skupin obsahuje ještě podskupiny, kde jsou řešeny jednotlivé problematiky plaveckých způsobů nebo nejčastější chyby a možnosti jejich nápravy. Práce je určena učitelům, začínajícím trenérům plavání, dospělým samoukům, nebo rodičům, kteří se rozhodli své děti učit plavat.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create methodological material for teaching swimming to younger school children with the aid of content analysis of the available resources. The thesis is made up of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to children, swim training and the techniques of individual swimming styles. The practical part contains a description of material for swimming lessons which was filmed in a private swimming pool in the municipality of Švermov in the Kladno district. An underwater camera was used to film the videos which constitute the basis of the thesis. Software was used for creation of the methodological material which allowed for work with the videos according to requirement (addition of commentary or music, etc.). The following categories can be chosen in the tab pages of the website which was created swimming styles. Each of these main groups also includes subgroups in which individual problems of swimming styles are dealt with, or the most common mistakes and options for correcting them. The thesis is intended for teachers, new swimming coaches, self-taught adults or parents who have decided to teach their children to swim.
