Abstract:

Tématem této kvalifikační práce je Projekt ke zřízení terénní odlehčovací služby v ORP Veselí nad Moravou. Dané téma je velmi důležité především vzhledem k demografickým predikcím stárnutí populace, jejichž důsledkem bude výrazný nárůst počtu seniorů se sníženou soběstačností, kterým bude potřeba zajistit adekvátní péči prostřednictvím sociálních služeb nebo formou rodinné péče. Tato potřeba je popsána také ve všech národních i lokálních strategických dokumentech, které jsou v této práci využity. Absolventská práce reaguje na tuto potřebnost s cílem připravit teoretickou část projektu ke zřízení terénní odlehčovací služby, jejíž prostřednictvím by došlo k podpoře cílové skupiny neformálně pečujících osob. Tyto osoby pak budou mít možnost načerpat nové síly k další péči, bez nutnosti umístění svých blízkých v pobytových zařízeních. Nově vzniklá služba bude poskytována Charitou Strážnice za účelem poskytnout podporu a možnost nezbytného odpočinku dlouhodobě pečujícím, případně rodinám, které pečují o seniory v domácím prostředí. Téma práce úzce souvisí se studiem oboru sociální práce a v této části se zaměřuje především na analýzu potřebnosti projektu, jeho ukotvení v teoriích a metodách sociální práce, propojení se sociální politikou dané oblasti a legislativním rámcem projektu. Metodologický postup k vytvoření projektu byl zpracován dle náležitostí pro kvalifikační práce a konzultován s vedoucím práce.

Abstract:

The topic of this qualification thesis is Project for the Establishment of Field Relief Services in ORP Veselí nad Moravou. This topic is very important especially with regard to demographic predictions of population ageing which will result in a significant increase in the number of seniors with reduced self-sufficiency who will need to be provided with adequate care through social services or family care. This need is also described in all national and local strategic documents that are used in this work. The graduate thesis responds to this need and outlines the theoretical part of the project for the establishment of a respite care through which the target group of non-professional caregivers would be supported.These people will then have the opportunity to regain their strenght for further care without the need to place their loved ones in residential facilities. The newly established service will be provided by Caritas Strážnice in order to provide support and the possibility of necessary rest to long-term caregivers or families caring for seniors in a home environment. The topic of the thesis is closely related to the study of the field of social work and in this part focuses primarily on the analysis of the need for the project, its anchoring in the theories and methods of social work, the connection with the social policy of the area and the legislative framework of the project. The methodological procedure for the creation of the project was elaborated according to the qualification work requirements and was consulted with the supervisor.
