In this thesis I introduced the reader to the topic of Contract for the Sale of Enterprise. The dissertation is focused most of all on the issue of protecting the seller against potential wrongdoing done by the buyer, thus making this dissertation different from most of other ones dealing with similar topics, as those are usually written from the perspective of the buyer.
