Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza efektivnosti investičního projektu od jeho definování až po uvedení do provozu. V teoretické části práce je věnovaná pozornost na základní části investičního rozhodování, metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic, plánování výroby v podniku a vedení projektu. Praktická část diplomové práce aplikuje teoretické poznatky na reálný investiční projekt z praxe.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis is analyzing of investment project’s efficiency from its definition until its implementation into production. The theoretical part of the thesis attention is paid to basic phases of investment decision, description of methods of project efficiency evaluation, production planning and project management.
