Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na osobnost pedagoga volného času a pojmy s tím související. V teoretické části práce se zabývám pojmem volný čas, jeho funkcemi a institucemi volného času. Dále se zaměřuji na pedagogiku volného času, její nové přístupy a na zájmovou činnost. This bachelor thesis is focused on personality of the leisure time educator and related terms. In the theoretical part I deal with a term leisure time, functions and institutions of a the leisure time. Then I focused on the leisure time pedagogy, new approaches and leisure acivities.
