V této bakalářské práci se zabývame studiem koplanárních dielektrických bariérových výbojů buzených sinusovým signálem s frekvencí v jednotkách MHz za atmosferického tlaku. Důraz je kladen na optické a elektrické meření výbojů v argonu a ve směsi argonu a dusíku. Abstract:
In this thesis, we study coplanar dielectric barrier discharges driven by sinusoidal signals with a frequency of units of MHz at atmospheric pressure. We focus on optical and electrical measurements of discharges in Argon and a mixture of Argon and Nitrogen.
