Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na správní trestání řidičů motorových vozidel v souvislosti s jejich provozem na pozemních komunikacích v České republice. Práce je členěna do 3 částí. The thesis is focused on the issue of administrative punishment of motor vehicle drivers in connection with their operation in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the sources of law and the basic principles of administrative punishment.
