Tato práce se zabývá analýzou výchovy a vzdělávání zaměstnanců v podniku SYNTHOS Kralupy a.s. Analýza byla vypracována za časové období od začátku roku 2004 do konce roku 2008. Podnik SYNTHOS Kralupy a.s. vznikl z podniku KAUČUK a.s. V práci byly použity údaje z let 2004 {--} 2007 podnik KAUČUK a.s. a rok 2008 {--} podnik SYNTHOS Kralupy a.s., včetně Synthos S.A. This work deals with the analysis of education and training of employees in the company as SYNTHOS Kralupy a.s. The analysis was prepared for the period from early 2004 until the end of 2008. Enterprise SYNTHOS Kralupy a.s. arose from the company KAUČUK a.s.
