Design of forest road repair using recycled materials

Abstract:

Abstrakt Diplomová práce je složena ze dvou částí. V první části je teoreticky zpracována problematika aktuálně používaných technologií při údržbě a opravách lesních cest, dále je pak podrobně rozebrána problematika týkající se využití recyklovaných materiálů do konstrukcí lesních cest se zaměřením na asfaltové recykláty. Druhá část práce se zabývá praktickým návrhem opravy lesní cesty asfaltovým recyklátem. Pro návrh opravy je zpracována projektová dokumentace v potřebném rozsahu pro ohlášení stavby. Práce spojuje moderní pojetí užití recyklovaného materiálu s praktickým návrhem. Stávající trend neustálého zvyšování cen neobnovitelných zdrojů a skládkovného je impulsem pro poptávku po recyklovaných materiálech. To znamená, že recyklované materiály budou stále více užívány, a to nejen v dopravních stavbách ale i v ostatních stavbách, kterým to jejich charakter umožní.

Abstract:

Abstract The master’s thesis is divided into two parts. In the first one, there is theoretically described the issue of currently used technologies of the maintenance and repairs of the forest roads and then the issue of the use of recycled materials into the forest road structures with a focus on asphalt recyclates is discussed in detail. The second part of the thesis deals with the practical design of the repair of the forest road with asphalt recycled material. For the design of the repair the project documentation is elaborated to the required extent for the construction announcement. The thesis combines the modern concept of using recycled material with a practical design. The current trend of constant increase in prices of non - renewable resources and landfill is an impulse for the demand for recycled materials. This means that recycled materials will be still more used - not only for road construction sites, but also in other sites with the corresponding features.
