Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu zkušeností pracovníků v oblasti komunikace s lidmi s postižením. Jedná se o pracovníky Úřadu práce. V první kapitole je vymezen pojem komunikace, řeč a jazyk, dále verbální a nonverbální komunikace a ontogeneze řeči a logopedické péči. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of an experience of officers working with disabled people. These officers work in The Employment Office.
