Tématem diplomové práce jsou Sankce v právu. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmem právní norma, zejména jejími znaky a strukturou. Důležitou roli hraje vymezení norem leges imperfaecte. Hlavní pozornost je věnována sankcím, jejím funkcím a významu v mechanismu právní regulace. Praktická část pak řeší otázku trestu a trestání. The topic of this thesis is Sanctions in Law. Theoretical part deals with a concept of legal norm and especially with its features and its structure. An important role is played by a definition of leges imperfaecte norms. Main attention is paid to sanctions and their functions and importance in the mechanism of legal regulation.
