Abstract:
V bakalářské práci analyzuji problematiku personalistiky a řízení lidských zdrojů ve firmě Telefónica O2, Czech Republic. Zabývám se analýzou a zjišťováním možných metod vhodného výběru a motivace zaměstnanců, jejich hodnocení, vzdělávání a vedení.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the issue of human resources and human resource management in the company Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. I analyse and determine possible methods of suitable selection and motivation of employees, their evaluation, training and leadership.
