Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce definuje problematiku investice v obecné rovině. Rozděluje investice podle základního členění a následně pojednává o investičním rozhodování a tvorbě investiční strategie. Poté se věnuje metodám sloužícím k hodnocení efektivnosti investic. This thesis is focused on the assesment of the economic efficiency of the invesment. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the issue of investment in general. It divides investments according to the basic classification a then analyzes investment decision making and investment strategy creation.
