Traffic control in areas affected of flood in the operating circuit Usti nad Labem
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá technologickými postupy řízení dopravy v povodní postiženém PO Ústí nad Labem. Pozornost je věnována nefunkčnosti zabezpečovacího zařízení způsobené povodní. Jsou navrženy postupy pro zajištění a organizování dopravy s cílem zvýšit bezpečnost a propustnost traťových úseků v zasaženém území.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with technological processes of traffic control during floods in operating circuit Usti nad Labem. Attention is paid to malfunction of the interlocking system caused by floods. There will be suggested procedures for transport securing and organizing during the floods to increase security and throughput of track sections in the affected area.
