Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována tématu krásy a erotického kapitálu, které se využívají v různých oblastech lidské činnosti, včetně toho i v kosmetickém průmyslu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V první kapitole se probírá teorie lidského kapitálu, jmenovitě sociální, kulturní a ekonomický kapitál, jejich způsoby formování a projevy v každodennosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá krásou a jejím vnímáním, tedy tím, čím se pojetí krásy odlišuje v různých oblastech, a jak je krása vnímána z biologického, sociologického, kulturního a ekonomického hlediska. Třetí kapitola práce se zaměřuje na téma erotického kapitálu, který v sobě kombinuje vizuální, fyzické a estetické hodnoty důležité pro členy společnosti. Zde je uvedena teorie erotického kapitálu a vymezení jeho základních aspektů, jsou popsány rozdíly mezi erotickým kapitálem žen a mužů, ale také proces vytvoření erotického kapitálu a jeho projevy. Čtvrtá kapitola zacílí na kosmetický průmysl, konkrétně na to, jak se v něm využívá pojetí krásy a dochází k tvorbě erotického kapitálu. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, cílem kterého je zjistit, jak respondenti hodnotí moc krásy ve společnosti, jak a proč hromadí erotický kapitál a jakou roli v tom hraje kosmetický průmysl. Dotazování se provádí za účasti žen a mužů, aby bylo možné odhalit rozdíly mezi vnímáním moci krásy a efektem, který poskytuje na osoby, z pohlavního hlediska. Na konci práce je provedeno shrnutí získaných výsledků s ohledem na tendence moderní doby.

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis is devoted to the theme of beauty and erotic capital, which are used in various fields of human activity, including in the beauty industry. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first chapter discusses the theory of human capital, namely social, cultural and economic capital, their ways of formation and manifestations in everyday life. The second chapter deals with beauty and its perception, but also how the concept of beauty differs in different areas, and how beauty is perceived from a biological, sociological, cultural and economic point of view. The third chapter focuses on the theme of erotic capital, which combines visual, physical and aesthetic values important for members of society. Here the theory of erotic capital and the definition of its basic aspects are given, the differences between the erotic capital of women and men are described, but also the process of creating erotic capital and its manifestations. The fourth chapter focuses on the beauty industry, specifically how it uses the concept of beauty and the creation of erotic capital. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is conducted. The purpose of this survey is to find out how respondents evaluate the power of beauty in society, how and why they accumulate erotic capital, and what role the beauty industry plays in this. The survey is conducted with the participation of women and men to reveal the differences between the perception of the power of beauty and the effect it provides on a person, from a sexual point of view. At the end of the work, a summary of the results is made, considering the tendencies of modern times.
