Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem hluku z letecké dopravy na ceny nemovitostí v okolí letiště Václava Havla v Praze. Tento vliv je zkoumán regresní analýzou pomocí metody hedonické ceny, konkrétně modelu prvního stupně. Datový soubor obsahuje 204 domů, informace o jejich charakteristikách pocházejí z inzerátů z realitního trhu, data o hluku pocházejí z hlukových map letiště. Výsledky naznačují …more

This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of aircraft noise on real estate prices around the Vaclav Havel Airport in Prague. This impact is studied by regression analysis using the hedonic price model, specifically the first degree model .
