Cílem této bakalářské práce je optimalizace dopravně logistických procesů ve firmě pekařství MPM s.r.o. Obsahem práce je analýza stávajících dopravně-logistických procesů a návrh nových, které povedou k zefektivnění daných procesů a k jejich celkovému ekonomickému zhodnocení.
