Bakalářská práce se zabývá historickým vývojem města Žatec v období od podepsání Mnichovské dohody do současnosti. V jedné z částí práce se věnuji chmelařství, které je historicky nejvýznamnějším přínosem pro oblast Žatecka. This work focuses on the city of Žatec, specifically on its historical development starting with the Munich Treaty signature up to the present. One of the thesis parts deals with a hop industry, which has historically been the most important contribution for the Žatec area.
