Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji příběhům otroků v Karibiku, jež byly napsané v osmnáctém a devatenáctém století. Tato práce se soustřeďuje na dvě hlavní díla tohoto žánru: The Interesting Narrative of Olaudah Equiano, Or Gustavus Vassa, An African Slave a The History of Mary Prince, A West Indian Slave. Abstract:
This thesis deals with 18th and 19th century Caribbean slave narratives. The main texts explored in this thesis are The Interesting Narrative of Olaudah Equiano, Or Gustavus Vassa, An African Slave and The History of Mary Prince, A West Indian Slave.
