Insolvency proceedings as a specific form of legal proceedings
Abstract:
Tato práce je o Insolvenčním řízení jako specifické formě soudního řízení. Uvádím v ní krizový scénář pro společnosti. Začlenila jsem také seznam rad, které by mohly zlepšit chod společnosti v budoucnu, a které by pomohly se z krize dostat. Také jsem uvedla nejčastější způsoby, jak se krizi vyhnout a co dělat, pokud budou v úpadku.
Abstract:
This thesis is about Insolvency proceedings as a specific form of legal proceedings.It sets the universal crisis script for enterprises. Thereafter, I incorporated in it a list of advices, which might pave the way for improving the companies output in the future and helps getting out of the crisis dangers and ferocious impacts.
