Cílem práce je implementace korekce pohybu, založená na modelu spojité deformace vzorku v kontextu zpracovávání záznamů z cryo-electron mikroskopů. V rámci práce je dále vyvinut generátor syntetických dat, sloužící k ověření správné funkcionality a k celkovému usnadnění dalšího vývoje. Goal of this work is to implement motion correction method, based on a continuous deformation model of the sample, for movie preprocessing in in cryo-electron microscopy.
