Práce se zabývá replikací článku z oblasti behaviorální teorie firmy, který zkoumá determinanty firemních výdajů na výzkum a vývoj. K ověřování hypotéz je použit regresní model s fixními efekty. Hlavními vysvětlujícími proměnnými jsou nevyužité zdroje, vzdá-lenost k bankrotu, rozdíl mezi výkonem a aspiracemi a odvětvová úroveň výdajů na výzkum a vývoj. This work is a replication of a paper from the field of behavioral theory of firm, which is focused on determinants of the firms spending on research and development. The fixed effect regression model is used to test the hypotheses.
