Abstract:

Praha. 2021. 64 s.Tématem práce bylo zmapování rolí sestry v procesu umělého oplodnění. Teoretická část práce popisuje ne/plodnost, její příčiny, diagnostiku a léčbu, dále se věnuje asistované reprodukci se zvláštním zaměřením na metodu IVF a v poslední řadě se zabývá rolí sestry z obecného hlediska. Těžiště této práce však spočívá v analýze a interpretaci dat získaných na základě anonymního kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření, jež tvoří hlavní náplň praktické části práce. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou zpracovány a interpretovány prostřednictvím přehledných grafů a tabulek, jež představují podklad pro diskuzi, doporučení pro praxi a závěrečné shrnutí. Kvantitativního dotazníkové šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 101 sester působících v centrech asistované reprodukce. Cílem dotazníku bylo zjistit, jakou roli hraje sestra v procesu umělého oplodnění, vnímání vlastní práce v porovnání s působením na jiných pozicích. Klíčová slova Asistovaná reprodukce. Abstract:

The topic of this thesis was to map the position and role of the nurse in the process of artificial insemination with a focus on the IVF method. Theoretical part of the thesis describes infertility, its causes, diagnosis and treatment, it also deals with assisted reproduction with a special focus on the IVF method and at least it focuses on nurses from general perspectives. The focus of this thesis lies in the analysis and interpretation of data obtained on the basis of an anonymous quantitative questionnaire survey, which is the main content of the practical part of this thesis. Results of the questionnaire survey are processed and interpreted through clear graphs and tables, which put the basis for discussion, recommendations for practice and final reduction. A total of 101 nurses working in assisted reproduction centres took part in the quantitative questionnaire survey. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out what role the nurse plays in the process of artificial insemination, the perception of her own work in comparison with working in other positions.
